This is a three part series in which students will learn how to make effective progressive changes in their daily routines to improve their overall health, posture, learn how to prevent the accumulation of stress, and learn techniques and tools to manage the effects of interpreting. They will learn how to integrate healthy daily practices to relieve pain, evaluate their current state and integrate healthier practices.
