Presenter Bio: 
Jen Kagan is a certified RID interpreter currently based in Mexico. She is also a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher CIYT Level 3 and a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, with 1000's of hours studying and teaching. Ayurveda Therapist Level 1 from Ayushkama Ayurveda Institute, Vedic Counseling with Dr. Frawley, and cranial sacral therapy and Ayurvedic Health Coach.

Educational Outcomes: 
Interpreters will be able to: 

  • Visualize the anatomy of the hand and wrist.
  • Evaluate their working station and interpreting style and see if this is part of the cause of their pain
  • Comprehend and put into practice the three aspects to have healthy hands and wrists (strength, flexibility and relaxation)
  • Practice key routines for relieving and preventing hand tension and tightness
  • Evaluate if their condition is chronic and in need of therapy or if a regular practice is sufficient.
