Black Hawk Area Special Education District  (BHASED) provides a variety of services for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Mission Statement

The Brazoria-Fort Bend Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD) has been established through a shared service arrangement between eleven (11) neighboring school districts within Fort Bend county, Brazoria county, and southwest Harris county.

The Region One ESC Special Education Program assists school systems in supporting the education and growth of students with hearing impairments.

Bruce Street School for the Deaf, one of the oldest day programs in the country (celebrating over 110 years), offers d/Deaf and hard of hearing students, ages 3-15, a superior education close to their homes.

Mission

District 15 provides special education programs and services for children with disabilities in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Chattanooga State Community College offers support services for students with a variety of disabilities who are seeking one year certificates or two-year associate degrees.
