The North Carolina School for the Deaf is a day and residential program for students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HH), situated in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina.

The North Dakota School for the Deaf is an educational institution for the education of persons of all ages with severe to profound hearing loss that looks at the individual needs of the child and family. Out-of-state students are accepted on a tuition basis.

VISION
That Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students in the State of Oklahoma have the same opportunities as all children to be successful in a barrier-free environment.

The American School for the Deaf is opeing the first online education platform designed specifically for deaf and hard of hearing students everywhere. It is a specialized education designed for them. For some that may mean the Online Acadmey may be their main source of education.

If a student who is Deaf, hard of hearing, or has an auditory processing disorder is in class, the “Notice of Academic Accommodation” email from Disability Access Services will list the accommodations that are appropriate for the student. 

Perkins School for the Blind is the worldwide leader in education services for children and young adults who have multiple disabilities and visual impairments. We believe every child can learn and learning is for life.

​Rocky Mountain Deaf School is a free public charter school in Jefferson County that offers a bilingual education for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students Preschool-12th grade. We provide a language rich environment in both American Sign Language (ASL) and English.

St. Francis de Sales School for the Deaf (SFDS) is a nonpublic, New York State supported school for Deaf students from birth through 8th grade located in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.

MISSION
St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf delivers exceptional listening and spoken language solutions for children with hearing loss, reflecting the charism of the Sisters of St Joseph of Carondelet.

St. Joseph's School for the Deaf will maximize the potential of each student and foster competence in literacy, critical thought, citizenship and personal independence through educational experiences that are purposeful, equitable and engaging.

The Katherine Hamm Center serves deaf or hard of hearing children and their families so they can develop essential language skills and pre-literacy foundations. Even for typically-hearing children, reading is not a natural or automatic function of the brain.

Our Mission

We provide Services that allow Users to connect with tutors and instructors, fluent in ASL, who provide live, one-to-one tutoring and learning services.

Learn basic sign language vocabulary, ASL grammar, and Deaf culture while meeting new people and having fun! Through our 8-week, virtual, American Sign Language course, you'll learn the building blocks of ASL from a certified ASL interpreter.
