Welcome to our website! Our school, which was established in 1852, has provided excellence in education for over 169 years. We serve approximately 400 deaf or hard of hearing children and their families, making us one of the major schools for the deaf in the nation.

The Mississippi School for the Deaf strives to be diverse bilingual community. In partnership with families, MSD will provide and exemplary education in nurturing, engaging, and challenging environment to help ensure our students achieve personal excellence and become productive citizens.

Any child from 18 months to 21 living in New Mexico and has a diagnosed hearing loss can be considered for school enrollment and attend free of charge. Children statewide age birth through six can access the Parent Infant Child Program and Deaf Mentor Program.

The Ohio School for the Deaf thrives on its rich history and the belief that every student will achieve every day. The spirit and liveliness are infectious as staff greet children each day from our toddlers to our 4Plus students.

The Phoenix Day School for the Deaf provides a full array of educational and support services to day students in Elementary, Middle School and High School.

The Wisconsin School for the Deaf (WSD) is the only residential school for deaf and hard of hearing students in the state of Wisconsin.
