TN Disability MegaConference (Hearing Loss Association)

The 10th Annual Conference will take place on May 31st (Thursday) and June 1st (Friday) at the Airport Marriot Hotel in Nashville. There will be a variety of world class speakers, interactive workshops, information booths, educational sessions, exhibits of disability products and services, awards banquet and dance, and an opportunity to network with others who have a hearing loss. Bridges (formerly the League for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing), has generously offered to share a display booth with our Chapter.

Music is not just heard, it is felt with the heart. Amy Stockard provides insightful interpretation of music through her language as she hears with her heart. Deaf since birth, she has never let the lack of sounds prevent her from feeling and expressing what music means to her. Make plans to come and watch her perform a song during Thursday's luncheon.
