Jewish Deaf Congress is a vibrant organization, serving persons who are Jewish and Deaf, primarily in North America.

​In partnership with the wider Jewish community, JDRC's leadership, comprised of Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and hearing individuals, advocates to increase communication access to services, rituals, learning and other Jewish communal experiences.

The mission of the Joint Committee on Infant Hearing is to address issues that are important to the early identification, intervention, and follow-up care of infants and young children with hearing loss.

An association that seeks to protect, preserve, and promote the civil, human, and linguistic rights of the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, late-deafened, and deaf-blind individuals in Kansas.

KCDHH provides coordination and registration of sign language interpreters for the deaf, hard of hearing and individuals that have speech and language impairments.

For the past 40 years, KCDHH has worked with agencies and organizations throughout Kansas to assure availability and coordination of services, including communication access and resources related to hearing loss.  Additional services include advocacy, public education and policy guidance.

The Kansas Deaf-Blind project provides technical assistance to families and educational teams who serve learners with combined hearing and vision loss in Kansas (birth to 21 years old).

For over 10 years, the Lions of Kansas have given deaf and hard of hearing children the opportunity to attend an overnight summer camp designed especially for them.  Each year, deaf and hard of hearing high school age students from across Kansas gather at Rock Springs Camp near Junction City

MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the National Black Deaf Advocates is to promote the leadership development, economic and educational opportunities, social equality, and to safeguard the general health and welfare of Black deaf and hard of hearing people.

The Kentucky Commission on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing was established by appropriation from the Kentucky Legislature during the 1982 session. Eleven commissioners were designated to serve on the Commission. In 1990, the law was amended to increase the number to fourteen.

KYRID is a non-profit organization of interpreters for the D/deaf and hard-of-hearing persons, students of interpreting and consumers.
