The Division of Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing concentrates on helping to improve the lives of Michigan's Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing citizens.
The Kansas Deaf-Blind project provides technical assistance to families and educational teams who serve learners with combined hearing and vision loss in Kansas (birth to 21 years old).
The Division of Rehabilitation Services administers programs that provide services to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech impediments. Any individual who is deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind and late-deafened and is a resident of South Dakota is eligible.
