SD Rehabilitation Services for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing

The Division of Rehabilitation Services administers programs that provide services to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech impediments.  Any individual who is deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind and late-deafened and is a resident of South Dakota is eligible.
