About the Montana DeafBlind Project

NCDB is part of a network of projects for children and youth with deafblindness (birth through 21) that includes state deafblind projects in every state, as well as Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, the Pacific Basin, and the Virgin Islands. We are funded by the U.S.

The National Family Association for Deaf- Blind (NFADB) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that has served families with individuals who are deaf-blind since 1994. 

Who is eligible for services?

The New Jersey Center on Deafblindness (NJCDB) is a statewide project that provides expert support for the unique educational needs of students who are Deafblind, their families, and school personnel.

What is NJCDB?

The New Mexico deaf-blind project is a statewide program that provides technical assistance, training and support to families, service providers and educators of children and youth who are deaf-blind.

Students in New Mexico are engaged in a culturally and linguistically responsive educational system that meets the social, emotional, and academic needs of ALL students.

NCDBA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Oregon Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (ODHHS) is a resource for all Oregonians to improve quality of life for Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing​ people and their families.
