Services for Students Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing (DHH) is a program of STARS designed to prevent the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs among deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals from kindergarten through early adulthood.
The Tennessee Department of Human Services' Division of Rehabilitation Services recognizes the unique needs of individuals who are Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing.
We provide Services that allow Users to connect with tutors and instructors, fluent in ASL, who provide live, one-to-one tutoring and learning services.
