DRM’s Deaf Advocacy and Communication Access Program serves Mainepeople who are D/deaf*, Hard of Hearing, Late Deafened, Deaf-Blind (dual sensory loss – sight and sound), or who use signs and gestures to communicate.
The DSDHH mission is to elevate, unify, and empower the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind Utahns by building an inclusive community with full communication access.
