A community service center for people who are deaf or hard of hearing providing: interpreting, telephone relay services, information and referral, out-reach, coordination/linkage with agencies and businesses, support counseling, employment assistance, advocacy and community awareness, sign language classes, bi-monthly newsletter, The Bridge, videotape library (captioned and signed tapes), and interest-free loans for purchasing communication devices and hearing aids; Tai Chi, Walk in the Mall, and Yoga in ASL for beginners and Senior Citizens. The counties served include: Pickett, Fentress, Scott, Campbell, Morgan, Anderson, Knox, Cumberland, Roane, Loudon, Blount, Van Buren, Bledsoe, Rhea, Meigs, McMinn, Monroe, Coffee, Grundy, Sequatchie, Hamilton, Bradley, Polk, Franklin, Marion.
