Empowering Latinx Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf Disabled, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened (DDBDDHHLD) through social justice awareness.

The mission of Council de Manos is to end injustice. Our vision is for the people we serve to achieve self-fulfillment.
 

The Values:

• Empowering Latinx Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf Disabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened (DDBDDHHLD) through social justice awareness.

• Preservation of culture, values, and heritage in the Latinx DDBDDHHLD community, through “know your story.”

• Provide educational, self-advocacy, and leadership training to Latinx DDBDDHHLD Youth.

• ​Educate the general community about the life journey of Latinx DDBDDHHLD and their families.
