AG Bell - Leadership Opportunities for Teens (LOFT)
LOFT is a leadership program designed for high school students who are deaf and hard of hearing. LOFT guides teens in developing or strengthening skills in individual leadership, teamwork, group dynamics, public speaking, and self-advocacy. Teens who participate also make life-long friends and connections.
LOCATION AND DATES
AG Bell will be following CDC recommendations related to providing programming in large groups. AG Bell will hold LOFT in-person.
AG Bell is pleased to be working towards welcoming teens to the 2023 LOFT program in Washington, D.C. Planning is underway for one, in-person session this summer. Attendees will be split into a freshman-sophomore group and a junior-senior group. Applications are due by February 24, 2023
