JCIL is dedicated to the provision of quality services that promote empowerment, equal access to communication, community resources, services and events to facilitate interaction between deaf and hearing people.
Provides interpreter services, technical assistance, referral service, workshops, and sign language classes. Emergency interpreting services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by calling 1-888-877-8830 pager # 2858 (voice only).
Serves 22 counties in West Tennessee, including: Lake, Obion, Weakley, Henry, Dyer, Gibson, Carroll, Benton, Humphreys, Crockett, Madison, Henderson, Decatur, Perry, Hickman, Lewis, Chester, Hardeman, McNairy, Hardin, Wayne, Lawrence.
