Columbus Colony Subsidized Housing II

Columbus Colony Housing II is a HUD Subsidized two story building with 49 units, with accessibility features for the deaf and 5 apartments with additional accessibility features for people with limited mobility.  One or more members of the household, who is 62 or older.

All apartments are designed to meet the needs of the Deaf community and Deaf applicants are given a preference on the waiting list. 

Columbus Colony Subsidized Housing is a smoke free building with a smoking area on the grounds.
