My name is Dr. Angela Scruggs, Ph.D., LPC-MHSP, NIC, QMHI. I am a bilingual therapist providing services in English and American Sign Language. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology & Counseling and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling, both from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
