Organization Description
TEIS, Office of Early Childhood Services, Tennessee Department of Education, is a statewide home-based program for families of infants and toddlers from birth to age 3 with hearing loss, vision loss, or developmental delays. Services are provided on an individual basis. Information from the child’s doctor as well as the results of a developmental test will determine if a child meets the eligibility criteria in Tennessee. Region 4 serves: Cannon County, Clay County, Cumberland County, DeKalb County, Fentress County, Jackson County, Macon County, Overton County, Pickett County, Putnam County, Smith County, Sumner County, Trousdale County, Van Buren County, Warren County, and White County.
