Michigan Relay is a communications system that allows hearing persons and Deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-impaired persons to communicate by telephone. Hamilton Relay is the contracted service provider for Michigan Relay. Hamilton Relay works with the local exchange carriers in Michigan to provide this service.
