EAST TENNESSEE REGIONAL RESOURCE CENTER (ETRRC)

The purpose of the ETRRC is to provide a systematic way to assess and respond to local education agencies (LEAs) and related service agencies who need to improve programs for children with disabilities and their families. Staff time and other resources will be offered through an array of services and technical information. Through these resources we hope to enhance the capacity of the agencies to make positive changes in their personnel and the programs and services they provide., such as training and consultation.
