Tennessee Council for the Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing

Established by law in 1978, TCDHH is charged to advocate for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf-Blind, gather relating statistics, be a bureau of information, encourage the development and coordination of programs, and to advise on relating bills set before the Tennessee Legislature.
