Disability Rights Tennessee (DRT) provides free legal and advocacy services in an effort to protect the rights of Tennesseans with disabilities. DRT has three office locations, but all requests for services must be made through our Intake Advocates. DRT provides legal advocacy services to qualified individuals with disabilities related to the following issues: • Abuse and neglect in facilities or programs that provide services to people with disabilities • Discrimination in employment and community life • Barriers to accessing public and private programs and service • Appropriate educational programs and services • Obtaining and utilizing assistive technology services and devices • Access to Vocational Rehabilitation services • Voting rights
