The Described and Captioned Media Program (DCMP) provides services to benefit K-12 students who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind. Available to schools and families are a free-loan library of described and captioned educational media and information related to accessible media. The DCMP is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and administered by the National Association of the Deaf.
