Hotel:   The event attendees may begin reserving their hotel rooms immediately using the link below. To be comfortable in a hotel room, you can have up to 4 or 5 people. For those who prefer booking their hotel room by phone, you should call for the reservations at 1-866-625-2589. Make sure to use the group code, KWBC or Kirby Woods Baptist Church, when you are booking a hotel room through the phone call or using this link below. All of the reservations must be secured by April 1st, 2019. Additionally, you shall be entirely responsible for completing the payment on the cost of the hotel room separately from the cost of registration fee.
