There is nothing simple about chronic illness, stress, fear, and pain. Finding the words to express how you feel can be very complicated. Colors can convey what you can't say. The colors we choose to represent our feelings, emotions, and memories are as unique as each one of us.

Your Heart on Art promotes emotional wellness through creativity and color. Using a proven method and a complimentary alternative to traditional talk therapy, we help participants of all ages access and communicate their feelings when words fail. Experience firsthand the transformational powers of the language of art. 

ASL Interpreter will be provided.

No art experience or skills are needed, in fact, less is better.
