Come pick out your pumpkin, go on a hay ride, see the farm animals, have fun in the play area and enjoy the harvest fun! People will be at Walden Farm from 2pm until 5pm and then they will go to the Marshall’s house and sit by bonfire and have marshmallows, etc. and hot drinks. The Marshalls will not provide dinner.
At Walden Farm food and beverages are available. Try the pumpkin fudge, chocolate dipped cheesecake, roasted pumpkin seeds, or how about a funnel cake?!? And don’t miss out on one of their great hot dogs, hamburgers or many other finger-licking country delights. Entrance is free, but you must pay for food which ranges from $2-9 depending on what you are hungry for.
Pricing—Free admission to the farm.
“Pumpkin Train” - $2.00 per person.
Hay rides $3.00 per person (2 years old and under free).
Activity area—$4.00 per child, adults $1.00—includes: hay mountain, corn crib, corn maze, creepy house, lots of things to ride or crawl through. It is a fun area.
Balloon animals/face painting, etc. cost $2 and up. A tiny pumpkin from their field cost $2, and large ones cost $5.
If you need a ride, there will be transportation from the church to Walden Farm. Please be at the church at 1pm. We will meet at Walden Farm at 2pm. Transportation will be leave the farm around 5pm to go back to the church. Then you will drive your car to the Marshall’s house for a bonfire.
