Who Can Attend? Where is it?
Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing students currently in the 9th-12th grades.

The camp "headquarters" will be at the American School for the Deaf. Housing will be in campus dormitories and trained dormitory staff will be in residence.

Overview
Engage in classes, workshops, script development, rehearsals, and performances with the actors from the National Theatre of the Deaf (NTD). Learn theatricalized American Sign Language, translation, and acting in this hands-on, first-time opportunity. No experience necessary.

Working with NTD's original one-act script "The W5: The Stories Behind Who, What, Where, When, & Why," participants will perform and tour with the National Theatre of the Deaf in the Greater Hartford area, with special outdoor performances in downtown New London, CT.

Program Fee:  $950.00
The program fee includes all meals, housing, workshops and training, tee shirts for performances, as well as transportation for field trips and performances.

Limited spots are available and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
