Mid Tennessee Deaf Campout 6th Annual Picnic will be on June 6th at Cumberland Mountain State Park, Pavilion Shelter #1. Lunch will start at noon. There will be hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks, beans, coleslaw, potato chips, desserts, and door prizes! Adults are $10.00, Kids (6-11) are $5.00, and Kids under 6 are free. MTDC's 6th Annual Spring Picnic will be Saturday, May 2 at Seven Points Campground, Shelter #1 from 10am to 5pm. lunch starts at 12. There will be hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks, beans, cole slaw, potato chips, desserts, and door prizes!

The 2015 Run for the Deaf will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at 8:00am at the Tennessee School for the Deaf in Knoxville, TN. Find out about this year's run here. The RFTD is a part of the Spring Fling series of road races.

The Center for Independent Living and the Tennessee Disability Coalition are excited to host the ADA Legacy Tour Event. We invite you to join us on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at the East Park Community Center, 700 Woodland St. Nashville, TN 37206. The ADA Legacy Tour will be at this location from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Nashville Mayor Karl Dean to speak between 1:00-1:30pm CDT in honor of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Legacy Tour "Road to Freedom" Bus visit.
