The Creation Museum’s annual Deaf Day began in 2010. This yearly event features ASL interpreters and deaf volunteers.

Movie premiere starring the first ever DeafBlind actor!  

Plot:  "The unlikely connection between a teen without a home and a DeafBlind man."

Signal Centers is sponsoring an Accessible Technology Summit, in participation with the eighth annual Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD).

TIME:  10:00am till 11:00am Social Hour
            11:00am till 11:45am Lunch
            12:00pm till 2:00pm Meeting

This workshop will focus on the use of SSPs within the realm of professional interactions. such as job interviews, platform speaking, and workplace etiquette.

In this training, you will learn techniques for working with a Deaf-Blind individual, including guiding, navigating stairs, handling an emergency situation, and more.

This training is for individuals with both vision AND hearing loss who would like to understand what SSP (Support Services Provider) service is and how to use an SSP properly.
