Center for Family Connections parenting class series from the curriculum Nurturing Parenting ™ continues on Tuesday, August 7 from 6pm - 8pm. The classes will be held weekly for 6 weeks for the Primary- Prevention and Education level. Parents with all ages of children may attend. Participants will receive a certificate of completion if they attend all six classes.

Bring a vegetable dish or dessert for our potluck lunch. Meat will be provided (probably Turkey). Dishes that must be heated, should be microwavable.

This is an opportunity to ask questions, express fears and concerns, and share your culture. In addition to the Chief, there will also be a parole and investigation officer attending. Partnership is located at Eastgate Towne Center.

HLAA's guest speaker will be Jeff Carney, director of operations at Hamilton County 911. Jeff spoke to us last about progress concerning the text-to-911 change over. He will be updating us on the latest progress and hopefully tell us when we can expect text-to-911 service here.
