Camelot, Interpreted & Captioned Musical

Open captioning and American Sign Language will be provided for Camelot, the Lerner and Loewe classic, on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.

The musical is inspired by the legend of King Arthur and the fabled love triangle involving his queen Guinevere and trusted knight Sir Lancelot. Patrons will enjoy a new interpretation of the classic, with a spectacular set, lavish costumes, creative lighting design, and inventive staging. Running time is two hours and 45 minutes with one intermission.

The Library Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will be closed Monday, October 13th for Library Staff Training. We will resume normal hours (9:00am - 5:00pm) on Tuesday, October 14th.

Gate Communications is providing interpreting services for this classic play based on the film, The Outsiders from the 80's. Kids will be descending from around Nashville, so make sure your school gets on the list!
