Description Of Services: 

The Center for Independent Living (CIL) is a consumer-controlled, non-residential program to enable people with significant disabilities to develop and achieve their individual visions of independent living. It provides Information & Referral, Peer Support, Independent Living Skills Training, Advocacy, Housing Assistance, and Outreach.

No Cost for Core Services, but fees are charged for Information Technology Training Initiative Class
