Children who have a developmental delay or disability in any area qualify for free services, and (2) Adults: vocational, workshop and residential services available for developmentally and mentally disabled individuals. Hours: Early Intervention: 9:00 - 11:30 A.M., M-F; Adult Day Program: 8:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M., M-F
