Who Can Attend? Where is it?
Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing students currently in the 9th-12th grades.
The camp "headquarters" will be at the American School for the Deaf. Housing will be in campus dormitories and trained dormitory staff will be in residence.

This group is open to people in the Chattanooga area who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or interested in American Sign Language. We meet every month at Starbucks at 2217 Hamilton Place Blvd near Hamilton Place Mall next to Acropolis.
This group has been meeting for the past 3 years on the 3rd Saturday every month from 10-12. Announcements for community events, activities or other information is usually around 11 AM, if you have something to share please come on out!

All deaf and hard of hearing consumers are invited to a free Fire and Safety workshop where they will receive free smoke alarms with flashing lights and bed shakers. JCIL will be hosting the event on August 15 from 1:00-3:00pm. Presented by the Tennessee State Fire Marshals Office and the Jackson Fire Department.
