The Parent Advocacy app is for families of children who are deaf and hard of hearing. It helps you to understand your child's rights and to prepare you to work with the school in the best interest of your child. Included in the app are introductory information, IEP meetings, Section 504 plan meetings, common questions, strategies, resources, and videos. It is a collaboration among Gallaudet University's Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center, American Society for Deaf Children, Hands & Voices, and NAD. You can find it on Google Play or at the Apple Store.
