The concepts can seem simple on the surface, but do we understand them on a deep enough level to produce an ASL equivalent that affords Deaf people the opportunity to knowingly exercise or waive their rights?

Many interpreters receive the results of their performance interpreting test and it mentions the need to work on classifiers in their ASL product. This workshop focuses on building a visual representation with the use of classifiers. The participants will spend the day learning about various classifiers and the importance of their use in the interpreting product.
