The information you submit to Library Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing website is confidential. The Library Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing’s website no-longer uses Hotjar Analytics to actively collect user feedback, the sole purpose of passively collecting your information was to improve your experience when using our sites and web services. We have used this information to help develop new website features for users, and at this time no longer using Hotjar (2/13/2018). If you would like to opt out, or clear any of Hotjar Analytics Interest & Reporting, you can use Hotjar's available opt-out tool option.
